We offer several options:

  • Minibus shuttles (around 10-12 adults)

Models include Toyota Vios, Toyota Fortuner, and Ford Transit.

Transfers

1 • What if my desired route is not listed?
If your route is not listed in our options, please contact us directly. We are flexible and can organize customized transportation.

2 • Can I add a stop during the trip?
Yes, additional stops can be arranged. Additional charges may apply depending on the extra time or distance.

3 • Do your drivers speak English?
Most of our drivers speak basic English.

4 • How much time should I allocate to visit the attractions?

  • Marble Mountains: 2 hours
  • Lady Buddha: 1 hour
  • My Son: 3 hours
  • Bana Hills: 6 hours

If you’d like to extend your visit or include breaks, please let us know when booking. An extra fee of 100,000 VND per additional hour will apply.

5 • Do you provide long-distance transfer services?
Yes, we also offer long-distance transfers to destinations like Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, Phong Nha, and beyond.

Payment and Pricing

1 • How do I pay for a trip?
Payment is made in cash to the driver at the end of the trip or via PayPal (an additional 3% fee applies for PayPal payments).

2 • What is included in the price?
Our prices are fixed and based on the type of vehicle, not the number of passengers. Prices include:

  • Private car
  • Driver
  • Fuel
  • Tolls

3 • Are there any extra charges beyond the displayed price?
No, there are no hidden fees or fuel surcharges. The displayed price is all-inclusive, including taxes.

Booking

1 • How do I book a trip?
You can book via our online form or by emailing us at: booking.hoiantransportservice@gmail.com. We respond in english and in French.

2 • Can I book last minute?
Yes, we accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking in advance.

3 • What if I need to change my booking?
Contact us by email or phone as soon as possible to modify your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4 • What are the available pickup times?
Our schedules are flexible. You can choose the time for pickup.

  • Book the day before for next-day travel.
  • Book in the morning for an afternoon trip.

Note: For trips before 6 AM or after 10 PM, an additional fee of 50,000 VND applies.

Airports and Stations

1 • How will I find my driver at the airport or station?
Your driver will wait just outside the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. If you cannot find your driver, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

2 • What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our driver will wait as long as necessary at no extra cost. Please provide your flight number so we can track any delays. If your flight is delayed or canceled, notify us as soon as possible.

English-Speaking Guides

1 • Do you offer guided tours with English-speaking guides?
Yes, we can organize tours with english-speaking guides for sites such as My Son, the Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha, Hué, Hoi An’s old town, and more.

Note: Additional charges apply based on the group size and number of sites visited.

Cancellations

1 • What is your cancellation policy?
Please inform us by email as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.

Extras

1 • Do you offer child seats?
Yes, child seats are available free of charge upon request. Please specify when booking.

2 • Can you purchase tickets for Bana Hills?
Yes, we can purchase your tickets for Bana Hills and the Golden Bridge at no extra cost. Electronic tickets will be provided, and the prices are the same as at the park.

3 • Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we can provide an invoice upon request. Please let us know during your booking or ask the driver directly.
