1) Are there any other charges that I’ll need to pay in addition to the listed price?
No, we do not charge additional fees or fuel surcharges. The price displayed is the price you pay. All taxes are included.
2) How do I pay for a journey?
You can’t pay for your journey online via our website.
Just fill out the booking form on this page, press Send and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment is made in cash at the end of the journey to our driver.
PREPARING FOR YOUR JOURNEY
3) How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your taxi driver will wait for you immediately outside the arrivals hall and will be holding a sign with your name on it. If for any reason you can’t find your driver, call us on the phone number that will have already been sent to you by email.
4) What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem! Our driver will wait as long as needs be. We will not charge you for any delay that’s up to five hours, unlike other taxi services.
If you’re due to arrive at an airport, keep your flight number handy so that we can follow the progress of your flight and notify our driver of any delays.
If your flight is delayed or you miss it, please let us know.
5) How do I book?

6) What is your cancellation policy?
If you want to cancel, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
