1. Are there any additional charges beyond the listed price?
No, we do not charge additional fees or fuel surcharges. The price displayed is the price you pay. All taxes are included.
2. How can I pay for a journey?
You cannot pay for your journey online via our website. Simply fill out the booking form on this page, click “Send,” and our team will contact you as soon as possible. Payment is made in cash at the end of the journey to our driver.
3. Do you accept payments by card or PayPal?
Currently, we accept payments in cash and via PayPal only.
4. Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we can provide an invoice upon request. Please let us know when making your booking or inform the driver.
PREPARING FOR YOUR JOURNEY
5. How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. If for any reason you cannot locate your driver, call us at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
6. What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem! Our driver will wait as long as needed. We do not charge fees for delays, unlike other taxi services. If you are arriving at an airport, please keep your flight number handy so we can monitor the status of your flight and inform the driver of any delays. If your flight is delayed or missed, please notify us.
7. How far in advance should I be ready before my journey?
We recommend being ready 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth trip.
BOOKING
8. How can I book?
To book, simply fill out the form or send an email to booking.hoiantransportservice@gmail.com. Please note that we will reply in English.
9. Can I make a last-minute booking?
Yes, we accept last-minute bookings as long as a vehicle is available. However, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.
10. Can I book a trip for a group or special event?
Yes, we offer services for groups and special events, such as weddings, excursions, or corporate transfers. Contact us for customized arrangements.
11. What should I do if I need to modify my booking?
You can modify your booking by contacting us via email or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us by email as soon as possible.

13. What types of vehicles do you have?
• Standard sedan: Up to 3 adults and the driver. Our vehicles: Toyota Vios
• SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle): Around 5 adults and the driver. Our vehicles: Toyota Fortuner
• Minibus (shuttle): Around 10-12 adults and the driver. Our vehicles: Ford Transit
14. Do you offer child seats?
Yes, we can provide child seats free of charge. Please let us know during your booking.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
15. Do you offer guided sightseeing tours?
Yes, we can arrange trips with stops at tourist attractions around Hoi An, Da Nang, and Hue with English-speaking guides. Contact us for more details.
16. Is it possible to add a stop along the way?
Yes, additional stops can be planned. Fees may apply depending on the extra time or distance.
17. What should I do if I lose an item in the vehicle?
Contact us as soon as possible with details of your trip and a description of the lost item. We will do our best to retrieve it.
18. What happens in case of a vehicle breakdown?
In the event of a technical issue, we will immediately arrange a replacement vehicle to minimize any delays.
19. Do your drivers speak English or French?
Most of our drivers speak English.
20. Do you provide services for long-distance trips?
Yes, we also offer long-distance trips, such as Hoi An – Nha Trang or Hoi An – Phong Nha.
